Indian solar module manufacturer Insolation Energy is establishing a 600 MW solar cell production facility. It will also expand its panel production capacity from 700 MW to 1.2 GW.
Rajasthan-based solar module manufacturer Insolation Energy is setting up a 600 MW solar cell manufacturing facility. It will also expand its solar module production capacity to 1.2 GW by adding a new 500 MW line.
The manufacturer said it expects to begin production of the new modules and cells by the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
Manish Gupta, Chairman of Insolation Energy said pv magazine that the company has planned new facilities in Jaipur but may consider other Indian states if the incentives are attractive.
Insolation Energy currently has 700 MW of cumulative module manufacturing capacity across two factories.
