Recom offers five versions of its new all-black panels, with powers ranging from 440 W to 460 W and an efficiency of 22.5% to 23.6%. They have 108 half-cut monocrystalline cells with n-type and back contact technology.

“The Recom Black Tiger offers unparalleled efficiency and offers optimal performance that surpasses all competitors,” the manufacturer said.

There are five versions of the all-black panels, whose powers are 440 W to 460 W and the efficiency varies from 22.5 to 23.6%. The breakdown voltage is 39.95 V to 40.35 V and the short-circuit current is 13.79 A to 14.03 A. The dimensions of the boards are 1,722 mm x 1,134 mm x 35 mm and the weight is 22.2 kg. They have 108 half-cut monocrystalline n-type TOPCons with back contact technology.

“As a result, the shading loss of the front grid is 0%, which increases the yield of the PV module,” said Recom. “With reduced shading of the front of the cell, the module maximizes the total surface area of the cell, which improves efficiency and leads to a quick return on investment.”

The new products operate at a maximum system voltage of 1500 V and have IP68 junction boxes. Their operating temperature is -40 C to 85 C.

They have a 30-year linear power warranty and a 25-year product warranty. The degradation in the first year is claimed to be 1% and at the end of 30 years the power is guaranteed to be at least 88.85% of the nominal output power.
