Prologis is seeking solar project partners for its California construction portfolio

Prologue has chosen Station A host a request for proposals (RFQ) to identify regional solar suppliers to install 116 solar projects across its California industrial building portfolio.

Prologis aims to use 1 GW of solar energy supported by battery storage by 2025. To achieve this goal, Prologis must secure interconnection for several solar projects from 100 kW to 400 kW. In order to maintain the NEM 2.0 rating, Prologis is looking for qualified installers for projects with a three-year timeframe.

Prologis leverages Station A’s marketplace to find local developers in five regional markets in California.

The RFQ is now accepting proposals and closes on May 15. Solar developers who want to bid on this project can create a free account at

Station A’s Clean Energy Marketplace has launched 19 MW of on-site renewable energy projects and enables the collection of competitive project bids from contractors and EPCs transparently and fully digitally.

“Prologis is always looking for ways to improve our service to our customers,” said Scott Peattie, Director, C&I Energy Solutions, Prologis. “We are excited to partner with Station A to help expand our network of installation partners. Their extensive contractor network and flexible approach to soliciting proposals in the marketplace is a great fit for our needs.”
