Schletter Group, a manufacturer of solar mounting systems, this month will open a new production facility in Dilovas, near Istanbul, Turkey, and expand its logistics network with a new 12,000 square meter logistics center.
“Thanks to our new factory in Türkiye, we will not only significantly increase our production capacity, but also target our production to a wider base,” says Florian Roos, CEO of Schletter.
Initially focusing on ground-mounted systems, the facility has a maximum capacity of approximately 1 GW per year and is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. In addition to the Türkiye factory, Schletter maintains production in Asia and a flexible network of certified suppliers.
Schletter has also commissioned its new warehouse in northern Germany. As a central logistics center in Northern Europe, the hub is able to serve Schletter’s customers in Scandinavia, Great Britain and the Benelux countries much faster.
