DMEGC Solar says its new TOPCon solar panels combine double glazing and half-cut n-type cell technology. According to it, the efficiency ratings vary from 22.07 percent to 22.45 percent.

The modules measure 22278 mm x 1134 mm x 30 mm and weigh 32 kg. They have 144 monocrystalline cells with an efficiency of 22.07–22.45%.

The maximum power voltage varies according to the manufacturer from 42.73 V for the 570 W panel to 43.11 V for the 580 W version. It said the open circuit voltage ranges from 51.02V to 51.42V.

DMEGC claims up to 754W of power and a bifacial gain of 30%. With 10 percent bifacial gain, the power is said to be between 627 W and 735 W.

The operating environment temperature ranges from -40 C to 85 C and the maximum system voltage is 1500 V. The temperature coefficient is -0.30% per degree Celsius. The panels have an anodized aluminum, silver or black frame and 2.0 mm double glass. Junction boxes have an IP 68 rating.

DMEGC offers a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty. It claims that the power can still reach 87.4% of its original performance after 30 years.

“The modules offer exceptional performance in diffuse light and cloudy conditions,” DMEGC said in the product specification, noting that its n-type TOPCon technology offers low levelized cost of electricity (LCOE).
